Jodi Green is a business and litigation attorney at Miller Nash LLP with a focus on cannabis, psychedelics and other emerging industries. Licensed in Illinois and California, Jodi has over ten years of experience evaluating insurance coverage matters and assisting in settlement and negotiation of mass tort, healthcare, and life sciences matters, including through international dispute resolution. Along with colleagues in Oregon and Washington, Jodi looks forward to serving the psychedelics industry as it proceeds through legal pathways on the state, national, and international levels, while also aiming to protect and traditional spiritual use. Jodi is also a member of the Risk Management and Insurance Committee of the National Cannabis Industry Association and INCBA. She has testified before the National Association of Insurance Commissioners Cannabis Working Group authored a course on “Managing the Risks of Cannabis-Related Businesses” for ALM Media/National Underwriter.
