In 2022, I am Appreciating the Gravity. Since I started contributing to the psychedelic ecosystem over six years ago, I have witnessed tremendous change. Ideas that were once mere concepts are rapidly becoming more tangible and concrete, and the ripple effect of what we say, what we do, how we act, and how we treat one another is becoming increasingly apparent. These days, I am thoughtfully reflecting on the impact of each of my own words and actions as I step into more responsibility and visibility in the ecosystem. I am becoming increasingly aware of how integrity takes time to build and only a moment to rupture, so I’m taking careful steps forward to stay balanced.
