I am an associate at Perkins Coie LLP who focuses on emerging companies in all stages of their life cycle across sectors such as technology, life sciences, and most recently, psychedelic research. I have a background in international human rights law and look forward to using it continue to center ethics and community in the governance of companies that enter this space.
I seek to be a trusted advisor to companies that embrace the future of business. Integrating steward ownership models in corporate governance at company formation, cementing centering integrity and trust in business models, and having forward-looking discussions about direct and indirect community impact are just a few examples of the ways I work the change the landscape of business for the benefit of all. I have a deep appreciation the journey of our predecessors and the importance of maintaining ethics at the forefront of a practice that has deep roots in ancient tradition. As a woman of color, the importance of equality and justice is not lost on me, and I also use that as a guiding light in my day-to-day practice. I seek embody sacred reciprocity in my pro bono work through providing access to small businesses owners of color who are cornerstones of culture their communities. These individuals engage in critical development that is slowly reversing decades of hoarding and scarcity. I look forward to being an integral member of this community as we embark on what will be in an incredible journey of societal transformation.
