Blog Posts, Articles, and Educational Materials Submissions to the Psychedelic Bar Association
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before submitting a blog post, article, or any other content (collectively, “Content”) for use by the Psychedelic Bar Association (“PBA”), a Colorado nonprofit corporation. By submitting Content, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not submit Content.

1. Grant of Rights: You retain copyright ownership as the author of the Content. Notwithstanding, by submitting Content to the PBA, you grant the PBA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license in all media now known or hereafter devised, to reproduce, distribute, display, perform (for audio or audiovisual works), and where required, to create certain derivative works (including summaries, outlines, modifications to format, editorial comment, and the like), and the right of first use for the Content (if applicable).
2. Warranties and Representations: By submitting Content to the PBA, you warrant and represent that:
a. Original Work(s): The Content is an original work created by you, and you are the sole owner of the intellectual property rights associated with the Content, or have the authorization of your joint-author and/or joint-owner to submit Content and grant the rights granted herein.
b. No Infringement: The Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third party.
c. Third Party Attribution: If your Content includes any third-party content, research, or links, you agree to (i) provide proper attribution and citations (where applicable) to the respective third-party content owners or sources in accordance with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws, and in accordance with customary attribution and citation practices, and (ii) you have obtained all necessary permissions and releases, if applicable, for any third-party content, research, or links included within your Content.
3. Attribution: You grant us the right to display your name, or if requested in writing prior to publication by the PBA, a pseudonym, as the author of the Content on our website, and you acknowledge that users may attribute the Content to you.
4. Your Responsibilities:
a. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the Content you submit to our website.
b. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to spreading malware, engaging in hacking, or any other harmful activities.
6. Removal of Content: The PBA reserves the right to remove or refuse to publish any Content at our discretion. This may occur if the PBA determines the Content violates these Terms of Use, may infringe upon the rights of third parties, or for any other reason in the PBA’s sole discretion.
7. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) that arise from your breach of these Terms of Use or your violation of any rights of a third party.
8. Modifications: The PBA reserves the right to modify, revise, or update these Terms of Use at any time. You are responsible for reviewing these terms regularly.
9. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use.
10. Governing Law: These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
