The Psychedelic Bar Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote ethical stewardship within the psychedelic ecosystem, and individual and collective growth within the legal profession by making educational opportunities and advocacy resources accessible to legal professionals, policymakers, and the broader public.

We envision a world where psychedelic organizations, policymakers, regulators, businesses, legacy practitioners, therapists, advocates, and people who use psychedelics are supported by legal professionals who operate from the highest standards of ethics and stewardship.

The Psychedelic Bar Association is dedicated to helping create a world where safe, affordable, and culturally-informed access to psychedelics encourages healing, personal growth, equity, and justice for all.

Serve the legal community and the general public through a diverse network of legal professionals committed to the highest standards of ethics, competence, and professionalism in the psychedelic ecosystem.

Provide

Provide education, coalition building, and community with a focus on cultivating and honing expertise in the psychedelic field and nurturing wellness in the legal profession.

Empower

Empower members to help shape and steward the legal and political context of psychedelics and all drugs towards justice, equity, reciprocity, and healing.

The Psychedelic Bar Association is a member-driven nonprofit organization comprised of accomplished attorneys, paralegals, patent examiners, law students, and other legal professionals from all practice areas and perspectives dedicated to solving the novel legal, ethical, and policy issues impacting the emerging psychedelics sector.
